Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kept, the delivery-adjusted analytics product operated by Kept ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Kept connects to your Shopify store, courier accounts, and ad accounts to calculate delivery-adjusted revenue and ROAS, and optionally syncs corrected conversion values back to your ad account.

Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the store and courier credentials you connect.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must have authority to connect the Shopify, courier, and Meta accounts you link to Kept.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kept to store or process data you don't have the right to access, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell access without our agreement.

Data

We process your order and delivery data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store and order data.

No guarantee of figures

Kept computes its figures from data provided by third-party platforms (Shopify, couriers, Meta). We aim for accuracy but can't guarantee those upstream sources are error-free.

Termination

You may stop using Kept and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
