Kept ("we", "us") provides analytics software that connects to your Shopify store, courier accounts, and ad accounts to show your real, delivery-adjusted return on ad spend. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, and organization details when you sign up.
• Store and order data: orders, delivery status, and revenue figures synced from Shopify and your courier provider, so we can compute your true delivery-adjusted metrics.
• Connection credentials: API keys and access tokens you provide to connect Shopify, your courier, and Meta — encrypted at rest, never shown in plaintext after entry.
• Usage data: basic product analytics (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the product.

How we use it

• To calculate and display your Kept-ROAS and related dashboards.
• To sync corrected conversion values back to your ad account (Meta Conversions API) when you enable that feature.
• To send you account and product emails (confirmations, password resets, weekly briefs).
• We do not sell your data. We do not share your store or order data with third parties except the services you explicitly connect (Shopify, your courier, Meta) to make the product work.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

Google OAuth

If you sign in with Google, we only request your name, email, and profile picture to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data.
